Accommodation for the Student Delegates

Student delegates who fulfills the following criteria can avail shared accommodation in the IIT Bombay student’s hostels by paying an additional fee: (i) Delegates who have confirmed CTRG registration (see the list here), and (ii) Delegate should have an accepted paper in conference (see the list here).
Since there is only limited number of rooms available, they will be allotted on 'first come first serve' basis. Further, the booking will close by November 10. Rooms are available in both men’s and women’s hostels. You will have to share the room with another delegate of the conference. Please note that this facility is not available for any accompanying person including spouse, parents, children, etc. If you have such requirement, then book in a guest house or hotel like other delegates (see below for details).
The hostel accommodation fee is Rs. 400/- per night per student delegate and this charge include bedding, breakfast (at conference venue), taxes and bank charges. You can book the hostel room from the noon of December 16 to the morning of December 21, 2017 (5 nights). The bookings once made cannot be altered or cancelled and will not be refunded. The interested students delegates who fulfill the above criteria can book the hostel rooms by paying the charges (How to pay will be communicated by email). Please do the booking before November 10, 2017. The confirmed bookings will be listed in this page by mid-November.

Guest House Accommodation

A special accommodation arrangement for the Indian delegates is made available at CETTM Guest house (details here). This is a government Guest House with MTNL (Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd; the counterpart of BSNL in Mumbai). The guest house is outside the IIT Bombay campus, but hardly 1.5 km from the conference venue and is considered to have decent facility. Those who are interested may contact us and payment instructions will be communicated by email. Please do the booking before November 10, 2017. You can book the guest house from the noon of December 16 to the morning of December 21, 2017 (5 nights). The approximate accommodation charges including all taxes, bank charges, and complementary breakfast (at the conference premises) is listed below. Cancellation policy: Cancellation if done two weeks prior will get 80% refund and it may take about a months’ time after the conference to credit to your account.

Details of the hotels around IIT Bombay campus are listed below. The rates shown below were negotiated for the delegates of the conference. The contact information for various hotels is also provided below and the delegates may book directly with hotels. Note that sometimes you may get better deals through some hotel booking site. In case you are getting rates higher than the listed, you may contact us at the earliest (not after Nov 10) and we can help you getting these rates.
