All cancellation should be made in writing and sent to CTRG 2011 Secretariat via email support@trgindia.org or fax +91-80-4074-5899.
All cancellation received on or before 31th October 2011 for registration fee, hotel, Pre and Post tours will be entitled to 50% refund on the respective amount paid.
100% cancellation charges will apply for cancellations made after 31th October 2011 and no refund will be made.
